We bought the park Sep 1981 and have since picked up many awards over the years dating way back to 1985 when our investment & redevelopment started to really take hold. Awards achieved over our time include: An AA Best Park Scotland award, Thistle, 5 STARS, Calor Gas Best Park Scotland, Perthshire Best Restaurant Meal, Taste of Scotland, AA 2 Rosettes.

None of which we currently hold.

Most awards schemes today require an entry & make a charge to enter, then give notice of a visit for this reason we no longer hold any in high regard as previously, our awards today come from repeat business and customer loyalty.

Yes, ask for our breakdown sheet. As we are not the normal basic caravan site who drop a caravan off the wagon on to a grass plot, no balcony, no skirt, NO gas just bottles, etc we can be more expensive, it can be as low as £1,500 if we have a little notice. We are here to help if you are not happy on our park we are only too happy to assist you to find a park that meets your needs, we can all then enjoy life.

Stuart Richardson, Marise Richardson. & Family… The Boys Daniel & Adam are now partners, and working on the park. In the back ‘office’ most of the time!…..mother in-law Pam Cowgill, Our Grandchildren are now coming along up to number four, & work school holidays with us, so rest assured your holiday home will be being looked after by our family for a long time yet : ) and not forgetting our wee very naughty West Highland terrier Poppy.....

We are NOT part of a big group operating a park solely on a profit led basis. We invite you to this little corner of Highland Perthshire to, as we see it share our fortune in living in such a beautiful part of what is the worlds finest country, Scotland and enjoy the privacy of your own Caravan Holiday Home within our Garden Park.

We do NOT have an age limit policy, WE guarantee YOU can stay on park as long as you wish, we do limit the age of re-sale on park to a guaranteed 10 years then depending on condition of the home.

On re-sale you can sell on the open market, you DO NOThave to sell back to, or even through the park!

All homes are available to view 365 days a year from 10am to 4pm and out with these hours by appointment.
